My story began with a simple passion: a love for dogs and the great outdoors. After years in the world of IT, I changed course and began a new career as a dog walker and licenced boarder. I’ve never looked back. It has been a genuine pleasure to build wonderful relationships with the dogs and provide peace of mind for their owners. Formerly operating under Leads Pets, that initial journey has now grown into The Fetch Collective, but the foundations remain the same: a commitment to providing trusted, professional, and joyful experiences for every dog in my care.

The Fetch Collective represents my commitment to building a collaborative community dedicated to providing comprehensive canine-assisted wellbeing services, all built on the trusted foundation of professional dog walking. It combines dog walking with a wellbeing service offering learning and therapeutic support, known as Fetch Wellbeing.
Fetch Wellbeing
Fetch Wellbeing is a service that partners with our trusted canine companions to provide K9-powered development and therapeutic support for young people with additional needs and neurodiversity. This venture grew directly from my personal experience, and I've witnessed first-hand the profound positive impact that a dog's unconditional presence can have on a young person's emotional and social wellbeing. We are incredibly proud to have built our business on the foundation of responsible and compassionate dog care, and it is a privilege to now share those powerful connections with others. Ross has been walking our Serbian Rescue Debi for nearly a year now.
I first met Ross shortly after Debi had arrived. I'd seen him on our local park and had noticed what a well-managed, well-behaved, and social pack they were. I cheekily asked if we (Debi and I) could come over and say hello briefly. Ross was warm and welcoming - and Debi promptly fell in love with him 🤣
I tell people that my dog chose her own dog walker - because it is 100% true! - and she clearly has excellent instincts because Ross is fantastic! His communication and feedback is excellent (hilarious photos and videos after every walk), he's really keen to understand the nature and needs of the dogs in his care, and is genuinely just a really lovely guy.

I can't recommend enough (and have recommended him to several friends)! Our labrador has been going on group walks with Ross for 8+ months, and she's also boarded with him - she utterly idolises him, and we couldn't ask for anyone better to take care of our pet. Ross is a kind, caring, honest, compassionate, articulate and trustworthy young man, and he clearly loves dogs. He's also meticulous in his paperwork and administration, and in keeping us up to date about our pup's adventures, whether it's walks or boarding. Highly recommend, we all (pup included) think he's ace!

Ross has been regularly walking our 1 year old puppy Hugo for the past few months. We could not be happier with the service he has provided and feel so relaxed and confident while Hugo is in Ross’ care. We get regular updates and photos and have booked Hugo in to stay with Ross in the upcoming year.
